The proprietary assignment of custom client code builds remains governed strictly by specific project engineering agreements.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our platform services and informational tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While BRYCORP employs strict industry-grade testing, we do not warrant that remote web connections or communication feeds will remain entirely uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRYCORP (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss or operational business interruptions—arising out of the use or inability to navigate our software platforms.

6. Statutory Governing Law

These Terms, along with all operational interactions on our software platforms, are governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
